Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex - Hybrid

Contract Details: Permanent, with visits to client's offices in central London once a week
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their fantastic team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all assigned projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes and meeting client expectations
Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage financial tasks
Process accurate and timely invoicing through agreed client processes
Lead stakeholders through the project process, ensuring all process steps are followed
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients
Communicate project risks and challenges through daily reporting
Attend relevant project meetings and create micro critical paths
Escalate any issues to the Director or the Head of OperationsDesired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to prioritise workload against critical path deadlines
Proven experience in creating and managing client and internal relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly ExcelQualifications/Requirements:
Experience of project management, with external stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders at different levels
Strong organisation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Enthusiastic, composed under pressure, and a champion of processes
Professional and presentable for client-facing role in a fast-paced environment
Reliable team player with a willingness to assist colleagues
