Great opportunity if you are an immediately available HR Administrator living close to Stevenage (Hertfordshire) who is looking for an ongoing role (interim) working for a fabulous organisation.
Reporting into the HR Administration Manager, the opportunity will involve the following:
1. Co-ordinate and organise interviews, liaising with Managers
2. Action conditional offers updating contract requirements
3. Chase candidates for missing data
4. Update Pension/Payroll (leavers)
5. Ensure all HR database information is regularly updated with all changes and amendments
6. Regularly liaise with the Resourcing Administration team with a focus on identifying and agreeing ways of continually improving processes and practices
7. Co-ordinate and set up of psychometric testing
8. Processing of queries
9. Ad-hoc projects
You will require the following experience:
1. Possess previous recruitment administration experience within a busy recruitment/resourcing function.
2. Experience of working under pressure.
3. Ability to multi-task with a range of complex support/administration activities
4. Excellent PC skills
5. Diplomacy, resilience and tenacity will be required.
In return they offer a salary of £28-30,000 (hourly rate) plus very good benefits and hybrid working (2-3 days on site).
