We are seeking a skilled Trolley Repairer to join our team in Aylesbury. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience using hand tools. You will be responsible for performing both soft and hard repairs on trolleys, ensuring they are restored to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
* Inspect trolleys to identify necessary repairs.
* Perform systematic repairs, setting aside those requiring more complex work.
* Remove debris from wheels and ensure trolleys meet cosmetic and functional standards.
* Conduct final quality checks, ensuring smooth operation, no sharp edges, and proper caster movement.
* Safely manage the movement of trolleys within the work area in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
* Use a scanner to log and track completed repairs.
General Duties
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day.
* Wear required PPE and company uniform at all times.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and risk assessments relevant to assigned tasks.
