The Role – Hospitality Customer Service Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Championship Planning & Experience department as Hospitality Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for hospitality customer service support for The Open and the AIG Women’s Open, providing a world-class service to customers in the build-up to and during the Championships.
This is a fixed term position working 35 hours per week, predominately Monday – Friday. Weekend working will be required in the build-up and during the Championships.
We are looking for 2 people to fill this role – both to start at the end of April and finish at the end of July. Exact dates to be confirmed depending on applicant availability.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* Experience working in a customer service role.
* Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages, Microsoft Excel in particular.
* Scottish National 5 qualifications, or equivalent, in English and Maths.
