We’re looking for someone to help us grow Dawn and take the agency to the next level. We have incredible brand strategists, designers, developers and animators ready to create amazing things, and it will be up to you to help get new clients on board.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Able to remain calm when asked “how much for a logo?”
* Honest, genuine and would never try to sell something the client doesn’t need
* Kind and considerate towards our clients, caring deeply about their success
* Experienced / has previously worked in an agency like ours and knows the industry
* Very organised, with tried and tested sales strategies under their belt
* Great at networking, and can explain what we do really well
* Obsessed with spelling and grammar
* Familiar with the back-end of WordPress
* Of the mindset that it’s not a hundred sales pitches, it’s one pitch a hundred times.
Day to day, you will be responsible for:
* Finding new opportunities regularly
* Developing relationships with prospects by following up on marketing leads
* Meeting financial targets set by the agency
* Taking prospects through the funnel from suspect through to customer
* Show us new sales and marketing strategies you have seen work well before
* Attending network events to promote the agency regularly
* Keeping track of all sales activity progress and reporting back to the team
* Working closely with our marketing manager on outbound activity and strategy
* Reviewing and developing our current proposals and adding value to each to make sure we win more opportunities
