We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a small but busy HR team supporting a range of departments with complex ER Case Work and ER projects.
This is an urgent requirement starting before Christmas and through to the end of January - 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Undertaking a range of ER cases which could include grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability, sickness, dismissal, investigations.
2. Leading a proactive project on sickness absence / long term sickness absence to review and evaluate current status, occupational health and identify solutions to sickness absence and long term absence.
Candidates:
1. Experienced Senior HR Advisors/ HR Advisors with a solid background of employer relations case work and ideally previous experience of absence management projects.
2. CIPD level 5.
3. Previous experience of complex work environments with union involvement.
4. Experience of confidently handling complex cases including capability, grievance, performance, disciplinary and dismissal.
Offer:
This role is offered on a temporary contract working via Hays online time sheets.
3 days per week with an average of 50% on site over a month - e.g. 1-2 days per week on site in Winchester.
Urgent start before Christmas through to end of January initially.
