Are you ready to support and expand our Sales Office? We're looking for a proactive Commercial Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. In this role, you'll collaborate with all departments to help achieve our business goals and ensure smooth sales operations.
Your main responsibilities will include issuing timely quotations, raising purchase orders, planning deliveries, and managing sales orders from quotation to completion. You'll also analyse and invoice jobs, generate KPI reports, and support our external Sales Team. We're seeking someone who can ensure accurate sales documentation, identify data trends, and continuously improve processes.
Experience working in an office administration role.
Confident MS Excel user.
Ability to prioritise workload effectively with attention to detail.
