Job Details: Criminal Justice Team Leader

We are looking for a Criminal Justice Team Leader to join us at a time of exciting development and transformation across our London services.
Full Time, Permanent - 37 Hours per week.
Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm - You will be required to work a late CJ clinic once a week, you will have the option to take the time back in TOIL or have a later start.
Located at Grays Inn Road, London WC1X 8QS.
Within the role of Criminal Justice Team Leader, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* You will be working across our Criminal Justice satellites such as Probation, courts, police custody, and prisons.
* You will be an integral member of one of our dynamic treatment teams, working closely with other team leaders and partners developing pathways, line managing the CJ team who offer tailored support including recovery planning and case management to enable service users to make positive changes across all stages of their recovery journey.
* You will provide data monitoring/evaluation of CJ data with regular reports to the Service Manager and stakeholders.
* You will take a “whole person” holistic approach, ensuring that every service user’s package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, not just their substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.
