We are now looking for a Senior Research Executive with a qualitative focus to join our Behavioural Practice. In this role, you will contribute to delivering projects within our growing behavioural insights research and consultancy offer. Within the Behavioural and Communications team, we advise clients on the opportunities for behaviour change at all stages in the policy cycle, and work on some of society's most pressing issues. We provide insight into what influences behaviour; we design communications, interventions and strategies for inspiring change; and we trial and evaluate campaigns and interventions. The team brings together varied expertise, including behavioural economics and cognitive and social psychology; qualitative and quantitative research methods; creative and design; data analytics; communications consultancy and capability building. Our work is always interesting; it often involves sensitive issues and it makes a real difference to the world we live in Your responsibilities A focus on qualitative behavioural work, but opportunities to contribute to other types of projects Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently, ensuring efficient, profitable, high-quality delivery Act as a key contact for clients Contribute to reporting and presentations for varied senior audiences Develop, over time, an area of specialist expertise (e.g. a policy area within our portfolio, a contribution to innovation) Your profile Well-rounded qualitative or mixed method researcher Previous experience in a social or market research agency role Strong project handling skills and an ability to deliver quality work to time and budget Interested in Government behaviour change work – some experience in Government social research would be ideal but is not required Able to respond quickly and work at pace when required, to multi-task and get the job done, with strong time management skills Adept at generating insightful deliverables – from email summaries to contributing to full decks and reports Excellent attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills A real team player – interested in working with others to do great things and eager to learn from others in the team Does this sound like you?
