The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our client, a well-established, family-run sales and service centre on the outskirts of Chippenham. Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
Handle service bookings via telephone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking methods.
Provide a warm, welcoming experience for customers managing their arrival, keeping them updated, and recommending additional services.
Generate invoices, process payments, and clearly explain any work carried out by technicians.
Rotate through administrative duties, with a particular focus on front desk operations, ensuring smooth booking and paperwork processes.
The Package:
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch) – No Weekends!
