This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Examinations Team at our Trowbridge campus. As an Exams Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our examination processes run smoothly, are customer-focused, and meet high standards of quality assurance. You will:
* Coordinate exam registrations and entries, ensuring accurate and timely input into our College Management Information System.
* Prepare and dispatch exam scripts and papers to various examination boards, keeping our academic staff informed of guidelines.
* Work closely with tutors and academic staff to confirm accurate student registrations.
* Handle exam scheduling, organise exam materials, and allocate invigilators efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of examining body regulations and ensure strict compliance with exam security protocols.
Administrative experience with a strong background in customer service.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
