A positive, organised, self-starter. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for producing draft management accounts, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet, every month. Contribute to the maintenance of our global subsidiary accounts and accurate transaction recording in Xero. You will be a key liaison for accounts payable and receivable, maintaining company ledgers and handling customer accounts setup and purchase orders. Create accurate supporting data for tax forms, such as P11ds, and assist with preparing information for auditors. Manage projects by processing company bills, recording travel expenses, and supporting approvals. Continuously improve financial processes by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting. Who you are: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar financial role (strong graduates will also be considered). In the process of obtaining an accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or ICAS. Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with Xero (preferred) and an understanding of financial reporting requirements. Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proactive and professional, with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and development.
