Finance Assistant Permanent Role Paying £25-30,000 Based in Sevenoaks Key Responsibilities: -Process purchase invoices -Liaise with the contracts team to ensure timely invoice approval -Raise purchase orders -Process month end payment runs -Enter payments on to accounting software -Month end processes i.e. reconciling supplier accounts -General accounts administration -Assist with customer and supplier enquiries as required -Take internal calls related to IT support and liaise with external IT support where appropriate Candidate Attributes; -Previous finance experience -Excellent attention to detail -Good verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to multitask and be pro-active -Excellent organisational skills Hours: Monday to Friday (1hour lunch) - Flexi Hours
