UK558 We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team based at either our Chiswick Park or Knowsley office. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations for our ELT and demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diary and Schedule Management: Coordinate the ELT’s extensive calendar, expertly managing appointments, meetings, and events.
2. Visitor Engagement: Professionally greet and manage interactions with guests and stakeholders.
3. Financial Coordination: Process invoices and reconcile credit card accounts and expenses efficiently.
4. Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel and accommodations, facilitating seamless international engagements.
5. Communication: Serve as the central communication point, liaising with Executive Assistants globally.
6. Administrative Tasks: Support with minute taking in meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and managing varied administrative needs.
7. Problem-Solving: Be proactive in recognising and resolving issues, taking accountability for actions.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Proven administrative experience in an EA/PA role within a commercial environment, specifically supporting senior executives.
2. Skills: Advanced administrative capabilities inclusive of minute taking and organisational proficiency.
3. Professionalism: Confident and polished interpersonal skills for interaction across organisational levels.
4. Organisation and Detail: Exceptional organisational skills with acute attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential matters.
5. Technology: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
