We are seeking an Office and Administrative Assistant to support Their Future Today's day-to-day operations. This role involves basic administration, office management, bookkeeping, and managing online sales of donated items. What difference will you make? What are we looking for? Skills and Experience Administrative Proficiency Three years experience with general office duties such as filing, scheduling, answering phones, and managing correspondence. Bookkeeping Knowledge Three years of experience in financial record-keeping, including invoicing, managing expenses, and preparing simple financial reports. E-commerce Experience Familiarity with online sales platforms like eBay, including listing items, handling customer service inquiries, and processing shipments. Computer Literacy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of quickly learning new software tools and systems. Qualities Organisational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail Strong focus on accuracy and detail, ensuring all administrative and financial tasks are completed with precision. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating clear and effective interaction with team members, donors, and online customers. Problem-Solving Resourceful and adept at solving issues that arise in administrative settings or during online sales activities. Key Responsibilities Office Management Assist in managing the daily administrative operations of the office, including filing, answering phones, and organising the office space. Bookkeeping Help maintain financial records, including invoicing, processing expenses, and preparing reports as needed under the guidance of our CEO and General Manager. Sales Coordination Manage the online sale of donation prizes on platforms like eBay, including listing items, handling customer queries, and processing shipments. General Support Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support various teams as required.
