Contract: Permanent
Salary: up to £14.00 per hour
An independent day and boarding preparatory school for boys aged 6–13 in Ascot, catering for approximately 300 students and teachers daily. This is a term-time only contract operating Monday to Sunday, with a working pattern of 5 over 7 days. The location benefits from free food and free parking on site.
We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Ascot.
If you are a current chef or want to train and develop to become a chef by joining our chefs academy, please apply today. You will work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus, showcasing your skillset.
Key responsibilities:
* Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
* Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company's brand standards.
* Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled.
* Follow all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
* Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage.
* Be a great team player.
