Responsibilities of Domiciliary Support Workers
Our Support Workers support adults with learning disabilities & mental health conditions in their own homes:
1. Helping with skills development
2. Medication in compliance with local guidelines
3. Assisting with shopping and activities
4. Attending medical appointments

Main Duties of Domiciliary Support Workers
1. To support/care for a set number of service users in their own homes
2. To record information in documents and service user's files on a daily basis
3. To prepare meals and drinks as required and serve meals
4. Assist with personal care
5. Provide emotional support
6. Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
7. To commit to follow a training programme in accordance with the national requirements, and accept responsibility for your professional development
