Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality to lead our team of quality professionals in upholding excellence across all quality operations. Specialising in treatments for neurodegenerative diseases, our organisation is committed to maintaining the highest standards in GxP compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with essential on-site responsibilities and will involve required travel to several sites across Europe for conferences and as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 40 quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to quality standards.
* Quality Systems Management: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality systems to maintain high standards across global operations.
* GxP Compliance: Ensure robust compliance with Good Practice (GxP) standards, supporting the organisation’s commitment to quality and safety.
* Audit Oversight: Coordinate both internal and external audits, maintaining audit readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate quality processes, contributing to the organisation’s mission to advance neurodegenerative disease treatments.
Requirements:
* Experience: Extensive background in senior quality management roles within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with experience in neurodegenerative treatments.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring quality teams (40+ members).
* GxP Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of GxP standards and best practices.
* Audit Management: Strong expertise in audit coordination and management.
* Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement quality strategies aligned with organisational goals.
