The Role:
We are currently seeking a Researcher to play a pivotal role in supporting our Directors and Consultants in the delivery of executive search projects across Property/Financial Services markets by identifying and engaging top-tier senior candidates, managing comprehensive research initiatives, and overseeing critical administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Collaborating with Consultants to develop and execute a structured search strategy.
* Identifying target companies, researching relevant industries, and mapping potential candidates who align with the client's requirements.
* Utilising a variety of channels and databases to identify suitable candidates, maintain accurate progress reports, and ensure real-time data updates.
* Approaching and engaging potential candidates, assessing their suitability and interest in the role, and providing detailed briefings on the opportunity.
* Overseeing online advertising campaigns, screening applications, and contributing to the development of candidate briefing materials, shortlist reports, and other relevant marketing collateral.
* Continuously expanding industry expertise by staying informed on market trends, industry publications, and key sector developments.
* Supporting the interview process, including scheduling and diary management across multiple time zones to facilitate seamless interactions between candidates and clients.
Requirements:
