Role Requirements This unique 3-year Graduate programme consists of several rotations across our commercial lines underwriting function. Responsibilities You will join our experienced underwriting teams who work with our brokers and customers to ensure their policy is exactly what they need and the risks they present are fairly evaluated. Your responsibilities will include providing support on a portfolio of accounts to maximise revenue potential, supporting underwriters to evaluate risks, maintaining and updating records and preparing documentation needed for underwriting decisions. In addition to implementing marketing and business development initiatives to secure profitable business. The Individual We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time in becoming highly qualified in insurance up to ACII level, then that’s a real advantage. Being a team player and nurturing relationships with colleagues and clients is also important. You will also need to be a final year student on track to obtaining at least a 2:2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Location - London and Manchester.
