Burnside High School is seeking a passionate and innovative design and visual communication (DVC) teacher to join our dynamic DVC department. This full-time, permanent role is scheduled to commence in term 1, 2025, on Monday, 17 February, with the possibility of an earlier start date by negotiation. Ideal candidates will be leaders in the field, capable of teaching DVC up to and including scholarship level.
The successful applicant will be tasked with co-developing and delivering a stimulating DVC curriculum for students from Y10 to Y13. This includes engaging students in high-level DVC projects and scholarship preparation, enhancing their creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic educator to shape the future of DVC education at Burnside High School.
