A great opportunity has arisen at a fantastic Estate Agents Office in Cambridge for a full-time Estate Agency Sales Progressor. This role is full time and we are happy to consider hybrid working after probationary period and the successful candidate would be asked to attend the office, to partake in meetings and to ensure they have the support and training they need to carry out the role. The Sales Progressor Package and Benefits: Basic salary £30-35,000 per annum depending on experience and includes some bonus Your salary and position will be reviewed at the six months probation stage and if your performance within the role is good then you will be offered additional bonus based on total office commission. Hours of work: 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch - Monday to Friday 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays plus an additional 3 days holiday between Christmas and New Year when the whole business is closed for this period. Hybrid working being offered after an initial three months working within the office getting to know the team and system - this will be reviewed at 4 weeks and hybrid working being offered for 4 days per week at home and one day per week in the office (probably a Friday). You will be offered a laptop and mobile phone to work from home. You will have a key role in the team and be responsible for ensuring the sale of the homes we sell progress in a timely manner. You will be passionate about providing a high level of customer care to our clients and ensuring they are always kept up to date with regards to the sale of their home, helping to assist with any issues that arise.
