Job summary The successful candidate will work proactively in the organisation sourcing locum cover and ensuring that service managers, clinical leads and directors and other services are kept up to date of gaps. Where appropriate, the site escalation process should be followed through the management system. They will also ensure the completion of the administration involved in the provision of locum cover. This includes booking accommodation, notifying switchboard and departments. Main duties of the job The successful applicant will be working closely with the Medical Workforce team to ensure that all NHS Locums have the appropriate pre-employment checks in place. They will work with the Client Relationship Manager (Medacs) regarding agency requirements and coordinating the AG1 agency approval process for the site. They will support the recruitment process with using the TRAC system and setting up interviews. Use the Intrepid online system to review all leave applications and ensure that there are adequate staffing levels through assessing team strengths. To identify any areas for potential improvement and to suggest ways in which this can be achieved.
