For our entity in the United Kingdom, we are looking for a Territory Business Manager to reinforce our sales department. If you are experienced or deeply interested in wound care and always wanted to work for a renowned pharmaceutical company, you can be the perfect candidate for this job!
Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Flen Health products in the Yorkshire area, including West Yorkshire, Humber and Vale including North Yorkshire. Your main contacts will be wound care professionals in acute and community settings, and nursing and elderly homes.
This position will suit you perfectly if you have a taste for challenges and the desire to make things happen.
Your responsibilities:
* You represent our products and manage the sales for your territory.
* You take ownership of your region and develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of your Manager.
* You maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and standards.
* You realize all sales activities from the introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers.
* You are the primary contact for the KOLs in your region to build long-term relationships.
* You act as Flen Health's brand ambassador at relevant conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
* You ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards.
* You work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments to achieve goals together.
Your qualifications:
* Ideally, you have 3-5 years of territory sales experience within wound care or pharmaceutical.
* You can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment.
* You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* You show a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit.
* You are data savvy and comfortable with numbers, demonstrating the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system & Showpad.
* You are fluent in English.
* You hold a valid Driving License.
* As a problem solver, you work with your line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop your turnover.
