Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service and quoting support across UK and India divisions
*
Process and update EDI forecasts in SAP, resolving issues such as phase-out or error parts
*
Convert forecasts into sales orders and manage arrears for the upcoming week
*
Generate and print packing lists for the Production and Dispatch teams
*
Manage customer export documents and support customs clearance processes
*
Assist the sales and purchasing teams with internal quotes and data entry
*
Support with various IT tasks, internal reporting, and document filing
*
Maintain the internal filing system and collate manufacturing information
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience in administration or office support
*
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
*
Ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP (desirable)
*
A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
