You'll be at the forefront of the Apprenticeships Processing Team, providing expert support to various customer types and internal clients across a range of products and services. Based in our York office, the role will be a hybrid fixed role, working Monday - Wednesday from home, Thursday & Friday in the office What you'll be doing: Updating candidate database, making sure everything is correct and accurate. Managing the end-to-end candidate journey, making sure of the successful placement and support of an apprentice for our clients at CITB. Working with your team to deliver improvements to current processes. Dealing directly with our client, colleges and employers providing assistance and guidance in relation to apprenticeships. Provide a comprehensive service package across a wide area of services and processes liaising with multiple teams across CITB and SSCL. What you'll bring: Committed to providing and having a passion to provide excellent customer service. Microsoft literate, excel, word. Willing to learn and adapt to new changes. Experience of working with a team to consistently achieve quality and service levels. Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines. It would be great if you had: Administration experience.
