Job Description:
We're seeking a proactive and organized Administrator/Resourcer to join our client's business-casual office team. This role combines both proactive planning and reactive problem-solving to support smooth operations and optimal resourcing. Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure that project demands are efficiently met.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews, to help build and maintain a strong team.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and clients, managing both proactive planning and reactive problem-solving for smooth project delivery.
* Requirements:
o Experience in an administrative or resourcing role, ideally in a logistics, construction, or site services environment.
o Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance proactive planning with quick response capabilities.
o Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
o Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort with scheduling or HR software.
o A flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced office setting.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
