Day-to-day of the role:
* Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service through in-person showroom visits and remotely.
* Process customer sales queries accurately and efficiently.
* Manage multiple enquiries through various stages of the sales process.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
* Review customer/architect specifications and present design and cost proposals to clients.
* Handle sales administration tasks to support the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar internal sales environment.
* Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong time management skills: ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work both independently and effectively collaborate within a team.
* Excellent administration skills.
* Highly organised.
