Job Title: Project Manager – National Nuclear Plan for Skills Delivery Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: From £56,000 dependent on skillset and experience What you’ll be doing: You will adapt and develop project plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges Be able to deputise for the Head of HR and represent BAE Systems at a variety of internal and external meetings Create various reports and deliver updates suitable for a range of stakeholders internal and external on project status Manage and maintain stakeholder engagement whilst also keeping them accountable in relation to the plans Identify and create structures for LFE across brand new project areas Collaborate and work as part of an integrated team Your skills and experiences: Essential: Have an ability to deliver elements of the national project plan and the northwest project plan Excellent stakeholder management experience Have good, proven experience and skillset within project management delivery Have an awareness in end to end Project Management Desirable: APM Qualification Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
