Job Description
* Processing and record credit notes, invoices and employee expenses
* Reconciliation - supplier statements
* Resolve discrepancies and any disputes
* Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
* Assist in month-end closing activities, including ledger reconciliations
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date purchase ledger records
* Work well with the finance team to ensure adherence to financial procedures and compliance
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
* A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and purchase ledger
* Proven ability to post invoices
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Work well within a team
