HIDE- Bakery Commis Chef
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bakery Commis Chef to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.
HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.
Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park
Servingbreakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu
showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network
ofsmall farmers &suppliers from acrossthe UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.
Everything is made in-house wherever possible: fromcharcuterie & breadto jams,
juices and pickles.
Our breadbasket changes every three months our current basket is listed below.

As Senior Bakery Commis Chef, you will be responsible for the following:
* Preparing, cooking & presenting dishes within the Bakery department
* Leading on a section of the kitchen
* Supporting the sous chefs & head chef to develop new dishes for the menu;
* Training the junior chefs working with you
* Following H&S regulations
* Demonstrating a respectful attitude & responding respectfully to management.
