We are seeking a diligent and capable Financial Controller who is looking for part-time work (3 days a week) and has a good understanding of the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is a key part of the decision making senior leadership team. Description Oversee the management and coordination of all financial activities of the company. Participate in planning and forecasting across the business Develop and build upon established accounting practices ad-hoc Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, management accounts and management information Work with the leadership team to define performance measures that support the company's strategic direction. Profile The ideal candidate for this role should have: A solid background in finance and ideally in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Extensive understanding of financial trends within the general market. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
