Position: Performance Coaches / Field Coach
Location: Birmingham / Coventry / Leicester (Ideally Nuneaton based)
About the Role
Our client is focused on the design, build and maintenance of telecom infrastructure for key clients in the fixed telecom market. Working collaboratively with their clients, our client brings commitment, innovation, teamwork and accountability to deliver long-term partnerships. We are part of the Telecom Division of their group, delivering a range of essential infrastructure services to the utilities, transport, data, and telecom sectors across the UK and Ireland.
We are currently looking to recruit a Performance Coach for the Birmingham / Coventry / Leicester area.
You will offer technical advice onsite and be responsible for helping to ensure that organisational targets such as quality and productivity are met, while ensuring safety is paramount. You will drive down poor quality and customer complaints through effective coaching, mentoring, and monitoring of progress.
The Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating the performance and development of all external staff while ensuring a 'First Class Service' delivery is maintained. You will also ensure that a quality service is always delivered and assist in raising the profile of the business. The department provides day-to-day support to Project Managers, Site Agents, and the Performance, Skills, Development, and Training Managers.

5. Ability to build rapport with the team quickly
6. Strong computer skills (specifically Excel)
7. Ability to liaise with senior management, present continual issues, and provide solutions
8. Expert knowledge of the Openreach Network is essential (Copper installation)
