Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience selling IT software solutions and has worked in all parts of the sales process, from telemarketing and account management. The ideal candidate will be prepared, like the rest of the VerseOne team, to push him- or herself to exercise initiative and deliver results in order to make the company a spectacular success. Main Duties and Key Responsibilities Skills and Competencies Required A proven account management track record in IT support services A creative self starter with drive and enthusiasm to compete in this industry A good knowledge of IT and communications products, software/hardware product demonstrations where appropriate Responsible for achieving the sales targets as set out by the Board. Cross selling different products services to the existing customer base Price and contract negotiations To track and report on all sales activity. To provide clients with financial models and ROI analysis. Relationship and pipeline management with zero attrition with clients. Work with the Marketing Department to engage on campaigns. Detailed knowledge of the company’s products and solutions, including the ability to do product demonstrations where appropriate. Additional Information A full UK driving licence and own transport required. This role requires travel within the UK. The candidate must live within reasonable commuting distance of Woking. Due to the size and entrepreneurial nature of VerseOne’s business, the candidate may expected to complete tasks outside of their core role requirements.
