Your new companyYou will be joining an established construction business who are looking to add an experienced contract administrator to their commercial function. This is a permanent role, working full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with an early finish on Friday. Your new role
You will be supporting the Contract Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks including:
* Sending H&S paperwork
* Contacting client via phone and email to confirm booked work
* Preparing, reviewing and maintaining contract documentation
* Working with management to ensure that contractor and subcontractor compliance is met
* Resolving requires from contractors and customers via phone and email
* Maintenance of contracts, records, files and information in accordance with company policies
* Amending documentation where required
* Assisting the wider business and projects with administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
1. Ideally, you will have experience as a Contract Administrator, or similar role.
2. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
3. Health and Safety regulation experience and knowledge is preferred.
