Your Role As Quantity Surveyor
* Managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, ensuring accurate forecasting.
* Overseeing subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and high standards of service.
* Providing financial reports and advice to senior management, helping drive strategic decision-making.
* Ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Working closely with the project team to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements for this role
* Proven QS Experience: You’ve got a track record of delivering successful projects, managing costs, and driving efficiency.
* Strong Financial Acumen: Expert in managing budgets tendering, and cost control from inception to completion.
* Negotiation & Communication Skills: Confident dealing with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Problem-Solving Ability: You can quickly assess challenges and develop innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
* CSR/CSCS Card: A valid CSR/CSCS card is essential for this role.
Benefits for this role ;
As Quantity Surveyor you will be on a Full-time and Permanent contract. You will be rewarded a salary up to £50,000.00 per year. 22 days holiday plus additional leave. Cycle to work scheme.
