The Opportunity
Manage end to end implementation of SAP Concur globally, including Travel, Expense and border Invoice modules. Complete implementations within a defined timeframe while consistently delivering best practice configuration and client satisfaction.
Provide internal consultancy on the Concur solution to advise on technical configuration changes and system enhancements. Lead on design, change and test phases of projects for Concur, ensuring high quality configuration and setup, that delivers system/process updates without issue or impact to users and processes.
Provide leadership on implementations, with direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery from inception through to the successful operational running of the agreed deliverables. The role requires a flexible approach to reflect rapidly changing business needs whilst applying robust change management practices and methodology to ensure successful completion as measured by time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
Key to success will be the effective management of senior stakeholders through timely and relevant communications while providing strong leadership and direction to cross–functional delivery teams whilst ensuring that a project achieves key milestones and deadlines to the quality required and on budget. For Project activities you will work as part of the Global Finance Team delivering multiple projects across different regions/time zones.
The role will also involve delivering multiple process improvement projects across different regions as part of the Global Finance Transformation Programme to standardise and improve global Finance processes.
Is This Role Right For You?
We are interested in speaking with people who:
1. Own the SAP Concur implementation, managing the implementation, supporting users and driving enhancements across all modules used including Expenses, Travel, Invoicing and Purchase orders
2. Manage support for SAP Concur by responding to and driving support requests, liaising with external parties to resolve where necessary
3. Design new updates / changes by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications; testing
4. Creation and maintenance of system/process documentation
5. Defining requirements for integration solutions with other applications and technology platforms
6. Work collaboratively with users and all other stakeholders from across the organisation
7. Manage team members to help them develop and ensure that the team succeeds
8. Support month-end close
9. Coordinate installation and maintenance work with outside vendors as needed
10. Report security issues when appropriate and gather required information. Ensure adherence to security requirements
