You will be working on behalf of a well-known food production company ensuring customers receive the best products.
Pay Rate as a Production Operative:
1. Days: £12.25p/h
2. Overtime: £17.70 p/h
3. Sunday: £23.60p/h
4. £15 per day attendance allowance for shifts over 6 hours
5. Nights: Under 12 weeks £13.04 p/h
6. Overtime: £19.56p/h
7. Sundays: £26.08 p/h
Typical hours as a Food Production Operative will be:
Days: 06:00- 14:00 | 13:45- 22:00 early finish on Friday at 20:45
You will be working Monday to Friday with early finishes on Friday!
As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
1. Weighing and checking raw materials before production
2. Packing packets of sauces on a production line and working towards deadlines and targets.
3. Ensuring food safety measures are adhered to
4. Running quality checks post-production.
5. Carrying out simple repetitive standard operating procedures
