Accounts Assistant – Grantham - Temp to Perm - £13.50ph - Mon – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm Friday 9am – 5.00pm – immediate start
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our award winning client based in Grantham on an immediate basis.
You will have a background within an office setting and ideally accounts department and have experience with data input of Sales and Purchase Ledgers. An excellent understanding of how to use MS Office, databases and excel.
You will be responsible for:
• Processing of sales and purchase ledger invoices, credit notes and personal expense claims
• Processing of all purchase ledger payments
• Processing of all remittances
• Generate and distribute customer statements.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation
• Assist the Finance Manager in other accounting and admin tasks as necessary.

You will be required to work Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Fridays 9.00am – 5.00pm. This role is on a temp to perm for the right person to start ASAP.
