As a user researcher you will be responsible for: Working on a high-profile collaboration platform that has a direct impact on the whole of the NHS and wider health and care sector. Work with colleagues in the team to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of the design process. Leading and employing a range of research approaches and methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative, collaborative, online and usability research, with external and internal users. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to conduct user research to understand the user needs of healthcare sector employees. Providing user insights that will inform the design decisions made throughout the Agile process from pre-discovery to go live, aligning these back to strategic objectivesof the platform. Acting as a champion for users, advocate for their needs to ensure that the work of NHS England is generated by and grounded in user needs.
