As part of their ongoing expansion,our client, an award-winning used car supermarket requires anexperienced Used Car Sales Manager to build and run a new teambased at their new Flagship site based inCamberley.
Youwill be responsible for recruiting, inducting and bringing your newteam up to speed in astate-of-the-art workingenvironment. The sales team will be comprised of circa 50 staffmembers, with a mixture ofexperienced sales executives and fresh blood to theindustry.
Thisis an incredibly exciting time to join as this is a brand new,fresh start dealership that you could really make yourown! The company has a carfor every type of person so a car can be sold to the whole of themarket.
Alongside your customer-centricattitude, you will be commercially minded, passionate about the carindustry, and motivated by setting, achieving and exceedingtargets.

YourResponsibilities
* Leadand inspire your sales team to a greatperformance.
* Tounleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretchingobjectives and providing regular feedback on performance againstthese objectives
* Toresource the sales team appropriately on a day-to-day andlonger-termbasis.
* Ensure thatcompliance is enforced and that it meets all the obligationsrelating to the customer experience.
* Be receptive to newways of doing things and actively encourage the sales team to tryout new ideas
* Inspirethe sales team to deliver an Incredible Customer Experience forevery customer that the sales team comesinto contactwith.
* Managethe day-to-day sales activities such as deal files, handovers,sales funnel to maximise salesrevenue.
WorkingPattern
Your workingpattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, mainly longdays of 4 or 5 days per week, rotadependent.
