CSS are seeking a Fruit Production Supervisor for a busy production company based in Witham.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good communication skills.
Duties Will Include
1. Performance management
2. Maintenance of health & safety including a daily Fire Marshall role
3. Being accountable for Team Leaders, Machine Operators, Production Operatives, and the Hygiene team
4. Staff management & training
Working Hours
5. Monday – Friday
6. Either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm
This is a permanent position offering great benefits.
Salary
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
