Customer Services Representatives (ASAP Start)
Location: Office-Based
Position Type: PAYE (Temporary to Permanent opportunity after 3 months)
Shifts Available:
1. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, no weekends)
2. 4 On, 4 Off (12-hour shifts)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking motivated and professional Customer Services Representatives to join our team. This role involves managing both planned and reactive maintenance requests for our valued Vinci Facilities clients. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing maintenance requests efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Training:
All successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program (or earlier if the role is mastered quickly) during the 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift before transitioning to your designated shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer service queries, including planned and reactive maintenance requests.
2. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and requests.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner.
4. Provide clear communication and resolution of customer issues.
5. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Excellent customer service skills with a professional and positive approach.
3. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
5. Previous experience in a customer service or facilities management role is preferred, but not essential.
6. Must be adaptable and willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
