Role & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day execution of procurement activities, managing vendor relationships.
2. Develop supplier relationships, sourcing new suppliers, and conducting supplier negotiations.
3. Support Continuous Improvement of supply chain activities across the UK & EMEA.
4. Assist quality and operations teams for supplier complaints and non-conformances.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, production, or process environments.
2. CIPS Qualification is advantageous.
3. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of demonstrating cost reductions and developing relationships with vendors.
4. Strong working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems.
