Key Responsibilities:Provide expert clinical advice on the safe and effective use of medicines.
Conduct structured medication reviews to optimise patient treatment plans.
Support prescribing decisions to ensure cost-effective and evidence-based practices.
Offer guidance on long-term condition management, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory diseases.
About You:A degree in Pharmacy (MPharm or equivalent).
Registration with theGeneral Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) .
Experience in a primary care, hospital, or community pharmacy setting.
