Are you an experience in-house Facilities Manager? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG business for a FM to lead a team of four people, across two sites.
The Role
As the UK Facilities Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of key facilities. Your expertise in managing hard services and compliance will be critical, as will your ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of facilities management across UK sites, focusing on hard services and maintenance.
2. Review supplier budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage tender processes to secure the best value.
3. Lead inspections to uphold exceptional standards of maintenance and repair.
4. Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal health and safety protocols.
5. Manage Opex and Capex budgets, raise purchase orders, and approve invoices.
6. Line-manage the facilities team, fostering a collaborative and proactive working environment.
