Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to join our team on a full-time basis, teaching a Year 1 class. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a new teacher to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic school community while contributing to our pupils’ educational success. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. Mark and assess pupils’ work, providing constructive feedback to promote progress and achievement. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports every child’s learning journey. Track and monitor pupil progress, ensuring that all students are supported to reach their potential. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the curriculum. Build and maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and development. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:15 pm. Pay Scale: The role will be paid to scale in accordance with the teacher pay framework. Candidate Requirements: Achieved or anticipated Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by January. A passion for teaching and a strong commitment to supporting young learners. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
