Contract specifics:
* Pay rate: £250-£300pd (PAYE - Inside IR35)
* Duration: 21 weeks (appox 5 month, with potential extension)
* Location: based in Central London (2 days a week in the office)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Support Officer to join the Strategic Change department. The successful candidate will assist with the support and enablement of Strategic Programme and Change Management teams.
This role involves managing a range of change and programme-related plans and assisting with the delivery of a major strategic programme as part of a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management of multiple concurrent change and programme plans, including communications, engagement, training, readiness, and support.
* Coordinate programme and change activities, including tracking tasks, managing capacity and resources, and coordinating activities of the programme team and change managers.
* Maintain change and programme registers.
* Provide administrative support, including document management, meeting and event scheduling, minute-taking, and maintaining project files.
* Support system user acceptance testing activities, including engaging testers and scheduling sessions.
* Plan and coordinate communication activities, including creating and maintaining mailing lists, drafting and circulating communications, and managing responses.
* Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and slide decks for programme reporting.
* Collaborate closely with all areas of the programme team, maintaining knowledge of the broader programme delivery.

* Experience in supporting the delivery of projects or products within a framework.
* Experience working in project support within Higher Education
* Experience balancing multiple priorities and prioritising workload.
* Experience producing regular reports on progress.
* Experience in supporting the facilitation and organisation of multi-disciplinary teams.
* Experience of Change Management principles, approaches, and methodologies.
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships and ability to work independently and as a proactive team member.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Computer literate with strong skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications and the Windows operating system.
* Good communication and active listening skills, able to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
* Knowledge of online collaborative tools and Kanban software (e.g., MS Teams, Miro, Jira, Trello).
* Industry recognised qualification in agile delivery or project management (CSM, SAFe, PRINCE2, APMP).
Desirable:
* Experience working within a Change Management team.
* An understanding of the general principles of information technology.
* Awareness of current technology trends and emerging developments impacting Higher Education.
