Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading acquisition forecasting, due diligence, pre-completion, and post-completion monitoring
* Managing and supporting the finance acquisition team
* Preparing interim three-year forecasts for potential acquisitions
* Conducting financial due diligence assessments
* Liaising with vendors during and after the due diligence process
* Presenting financial due diligence reports to the internal board and external investors
* Preparing and agreeing on monthly three-year post-completion budgets
* Collaborating with Regional Directors, Managing Directors, and Department Heads
* Working with the Acquisition Integration Director on Commercial Due Diligence
* Coordinating with client accounts to ensure smooth post-completion transitions
* Ensuring operational needs are reflected in budgets and due diligence
* Agreeing on completion accounts and statutory accounts/tax returns
* Overseeing the transition of acquisitions into LRG finance
* Monitoring deferred considerations for acquisitions
* Supporting the Group Mergers and Acquisitions Director as needed
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Accountant
* Excellent Excel skills
* Experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance
* Knowledge of residential lettings, sales, and property management
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* High standards of excellence, motivation, and commitment
* Commercially astute and customer-focused
* Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
* Self-motivated and eager to learn
