Overview of role We're looking for somebody to join us to deliver fantastic HR support and coaching to our MGR Manufacturing site and Supply Chain teams. Key Accountabilities This is a fast-paced and varied role, working really closely with people managers to provide pro-active generalist HR support; challenging and coaching to deliver our ABWF strategy. The core focus of this role is to support managers to ensure that we are recruiting, developing and retaining brilliant people and that they have the right capability and behaviours within their teams, to be able to deliver our goals. You will take ownership and accountability for the end-to-end management of recruitment and employee relations cases, not just advising but providing high support and high challenge to build line manager capability to enable people to perform at their best. You won't just be supporting others to deliver the strategy; you will have a role to play yourself too Alongside your core 'day job', you will be leading and supporting the delivery of a range of People initiatives across learning & development, inclusion, reward and recognition.
